Hi, I’m Renée!

I’m Renée, an intentional parenting coach for working moms.

I’m a mom of two, a ten year old and a six year old, and I’ve spent the last 19 years working full time in early childhood and elementary education. For nearly two decades, I’ve supported children and families while also navigating the realities of working motherhood myself.

A few years ago, I was the mom who looked fine on the outside but felt exhausted, reactive, and stretched thin inside. I was capable. I loved my kids deeply. And still, most days felt like something to push through rather than something to enjoy. I was physically present, but mentally overwhelmed and constantly running ahead to what needed to happen next.

That season changed how I understand motherhood. I realized the issue wasn’t that I needed to try harder or do more, it was that I needed more capacity, more awareness, and more choice in how I moved through my days.

The work I do now is rooted in that shift. I support moms in reducing overwhelm and changing how motherhood feels from the inside out by focusing on identity, energy and capacity, and intentional parenting. This isn’t about becoming a different version of yourself. It’s about reconnecting with who you are in this season so you can show up in ways that feel calmer, more present, and more aligned.

You deserve a motherhood that feels meaningful for you too, not just one you manage while everyone else enjoys it. I’m here to walk alongside you and support you in creating that, in real life, as it is.

My Mission

You’re carrying a lot, and most days it feels like you’re moving from one responsibility to the next without much space to actually enjoy them. Your life may look fine on the outside, but internally you feel mentally overloaded, emotionally stretched, and tired of just getting through the day.

I know this place well. I’m a working mom of two and have spent nearly two decades as a teacher supporting children and families while navigating the realities of working motherhood myself. A few years ago, I was capable, devoted, and still operating in survival mode. That experience is what shaped this work.

My mission is to support moms in building capacity, reducing overwhelm, and changing how motherhood feels from the inside out. Together, we focus on identity, energy and capacity, and intentional parenting, not to add more to your plate, but to help you meet your real life with more awareness, choice, and ease.

This work helps you feel more present in your days, less reactive in hard moments, and more connected to yourself and your family. You deserve a motherhood that feels meaningful for you too, not just one you manage while everyone else enjoys it.

    • Two 1:1 calls per month, phone or Zoom, whatever works best for you

    • Monday through Friday voice note and text support via Telegram, ongoing coaching between calls for real life moments

    • Personalized guidance based on what you’re navigating right now

  • The Intentional Mom Circle is an upcoming program and community for moms who feel mentally overloaded and emotionally stretched, even when life looks good on the outside.
