A 6-month program designed to help you reduce the mental load of motherhood, so you can stop lying in bed at night replaying everything in your head and second guessing yourself as a mom.
Inside IMC, you’ll learn how to put simple systems in place that give you back the mental space you need to show up as the mom you want to be, while working full time.
Through a blend of coaching, a supportive community, and practical tools, you’ll learn how to:
• get clear on what actually matters to you in this season, so you can stop running on autopilot and rediscover who you are now
• understand what’s actually driving your mental load and overwhelm, so you can stop carrying everything in your head and start creating more space in your day to day life
• make intentional shifts so you can stop reacting the same way and start showing up the way you actually want to with your kidsHow this works:
• you’ll move through short, self paced audio lessons on your own time, while driving, folding laundry, doing dishes, etc. so you can apply this without needing more time in your day
• we meet live on biweekly coaching calls where I guide you through a focused topic and help you apply it directly to your real life, so you’re not just understanding it, you’re actually changing how you show up
• you’ll have ongoing support Monday- Friday inside a private community where you can ask questions, get coached, and stay supported between calls alongside other moms walking through this with you
INVESTMENT: $250/month for 6 months
